My view part 1

Well this is the great thing with thrashing "the greatest band of all time." You upset people and they in turn insult you for all/little you/they're worth. The Beatles were just a band. Yes they sold millions and billions and what not but they were just a band and it's only because Rollingstone are so lazy they still write articles of The Beatles nearly forty years after their demise do they still sell records. They've become a myth where the music takes on more legendary status than it possibly should. It was drab music for drab times. There was no magic but myths are not to be touched and debunked. I suppose don't crush on people's dreams and aspirations which is effectively what The Beatles represent for a lot of people. But I certainly do not share their view and I certainly don't want them to force their view on me.
